The purchasing process is simple. Select your favourite items using our menus or through our search tool. Add them to the cart at loja.patrimoniocultural.gov.pt and checkout as a registered customer account.\u00a0<\/p>

Registration is very simple. You will only be asked for your name, a valid email address and a password. You will have all the information about your order at your disposal by logging into your account.<\/p>

At the end, you must confirm your order and select the desired shipping method.<\/p>

You will be taken to a page where you can choose your payment method and finalise your order.<\/p>

Yes. If you are not satisfied, request the return of the product in your customer area, within a maximum of 14 days, through your order details. You can return one or more products. After making this request, a pop-up will appear where you must put the reason for the return and you can also attach images.<\/p>

In the returns area there is a form available where you can check the status of the return request or contact us if you have any questions or to request any additional information about the return request.<\/p>

Upon receipt of the items, we will check that they meet the required return conditions. If it is confirmed that the product is eligible for return, we will proceed with the refund within 14 days, after confirmation e-mail sent to the customer.<\/p>

In the case of returns due to cancellation, the return costs will be borne by the customer.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

1st<\/sup> STEP<\/strong>: Send notification of a return request<\/p>

In your customer area go to Orders: > Details<\/p>

  1. Select the item or items you wish to return or return the whole order<\/li>
  2. Select the reason for return<\/li>
  3. Add an image (optional)<\/li>
  4. Click on the send return request option<\/li><\/ol>

    You will receive a notification via email indicating the number of your return request.<\/p>

    2nd<\/sup> STEP<\/strong>: Put the article in the box<\/p>

    You can use the original packaging in which you received your order or another cardboard box, provided it is not damaged.<\/p>

    If the box has any labels, stickers or other materials from previous shipments, remove them.<\/p>

    The goods must be accompanied by the printed return form.<\/p>

    3rd<\/sup> STEP<\/strong>: Send the article<\/p>

    In the case of a return due to cancellation, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer, who may return the product(s) by their preferred method of shipping and must ensure that the goods to be returned arrive at Cultural Heritage, Public Institute.<\/p>

    In case of a return due to defect or non-conformity of the product(s), the shipping costs of the item(s) to be returned will be the responsibility of the Cultural Heritage, Public Institute, which will collect your order at the same delivery address.<\/p>

    4th<\/sup> STEP<\/strong>: Reimbursement<\/p>

    Once the product(s) is\/are received, it\/they will be analysed by our team.<\/p>

    If it\/they conform(s) with the return conditions, the refund will be made via bank transfer within a maximum of 14 days. You will receive notification via e-mail that your return has been accepted.<\/p>

    As soon as the chargeback is made, the Cultural Heritage Store will send a new notification via email indicating that the return has been completed. This information is also available in your customer area.<\/p>

    If the goods do not meet the conditions for a refund the Cultural Heritage Online Store will contact you via email.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>
